Working within the dynamic compliance area, this full time permanent scheduling position brings with it the opportunity to take leadership and work closely with consultants and clients.

Giving advice to business, this successful service provider services the needs of their client through a number of means including compliance and risk management, operational efficiency and development. The key to this role is providing the consultants with the information and data required to advise their clients in a timely and professional manner.

Your role will engage a number of deadline driven activities, which will include but not be limited to:

• Updating and collating data
• Booking travel arrangements
• Dairy management
• Liaising daily with clients and internal Finance and Consulting staff
• Scheduling reviews and compliance activities

Ideally the successful candidate will possess: 

• A proven track record within Administration including a sound understanding of MS Office 
• Strong telephone, verbal and written communication 
• The ability to work under pressure, be highly motivated and organised 
• Be able to work both autonomously and closely with team members
• An understanding of Financial Planning would be very desirable however not necessary
