I have dealt with a lot of recruitment agencies in my position of Human Resources Officer. Staff it were unknown to me until I applied for a position in November 2003. From the first impression of being greeted at reception, I was aware that this agency was not like other agencies.

Staff it made personal contact with me and also ensured that before I went to the interview with the potential employer, that I knew all there was to know about the position and the employer.
