I have dealt with a lot of recruitment agencies in my position of Human Resources Officer.  Staff it were unknown to me until I applied for a position in November 2003.  From the first impression of being greeted at reception, I was aware that this agency was not like other agencies.

The receptionist had a friendly, welcoming manner and spent time with me before the interview.  I did not have to wait for the consultant to meet with me as she was prompt.  Once I was in the interview the consultant made me feel at ease and seemed genuinely interested in my needs as a job seeker.

What made Staff it stand out from other recruitment agencies was the follow up after the interview.  I received a follow up email within 24 hours of my interview and I found the contact that Staff it maintained with me throughout the recruitment process most impressive. 

Most recruitment agencies are keen to place job seekers into "any old position" and then not keep in contact once the job seeker has found a position.  Staff it made personal contact with me and also ensured that before I went to the interview with the potential employer, that I knew all there was to know about the position and the employer.
